He has worked on legal aspects of several privatisations and M&A deals in Poland while working for a legal arm of Deloitte in Warsaw.

He is experienced in dealing with all aspects of the strategic management of trust and fund company businesses, including corporate governance practices, compliance, risk management, new business acceptance policies billing and budgets, HR and training.
